Fort Ebey Sunset Session | Kara Chappell Photography | Washington Family Photographer
This family has been one of my faves ever since they moved across the street from us two years ago. Okay, we already had an awesome neighborhood, but the DuBois fam definitely added to the fun. And now that we know them and love them, of course the military would move them!!
I was lucky enough to document Romney, Eric and the kids on a gorgeous summer night at Fort Ebey last year. Clearly I’m playing catch-up blogging my sessions, but I knew I had to get this one out into the world before we had their next session later this month.
We had such a fun night playing at Fort Ebey - in the forest, the fields overlooking the Sound, and on the beach. We had plenty of space to run and sing and snuggle - all of my favorite moves in a family photo session.
My goal is always to let your family have a fun time together. I want you to make a memory of a great night spent together, and I want to give you a gorgeous gallery so you can remember that moment forever. Documenting your family’s story is so important. And that story changes every year.
This year I’m excited to document Olivia before she starts Kindergarten, full of spunk and (of course) wearing a twirling fluffy dress. And (if I can catch him), to document the adorable, flirtatious Mr. Owen in full sprint mode trying to run into the ocean and give his mama a heart attack.
We are going to miss our friends, but we are so excited for their next chapter to begin.
