Maternity Beach Session | Whidbey Island, WA Maternity Photographer

When Kelly contacted me and asked if she and Paul could come up from Seattle for a maternity session on Whidbey Island, I jumped at the chance. Kelly and I were sorority sisters at the University of Kansas, but haven't seen each other in years. It was such a pleasure to catch up over dinner and meet each other's families before heading out for a gorgeous sunset session.

Kelly and Paul are such a sweet couple, and so excited to meet "peanut" (their baby boy) in a few short weeks. Currently based in Seattle, Kelly and Paul's relationship has taken them around the world (literally), but they couldn't be happier to put down roots and watch their family grow. Seeing them love on each other reminded me what it felt like as a family of two, facing all the joy and anticipation that comes with welcoming your first child.

Their son is one lucky little man. Not even in the world yet, he is already so very loved. Congratulations Kelly and Paul. You are going to be amazing parents.
