The number one tip I give photographers who want their business to thrive is this - INVEST IN YOURSELF. So many of us focus on learning our camera, and once we feel like we have a decent understanding of the basics of photography, we sit and wait for clients to come to us. I'm sorry to say this, but it's not enough friends. We should all be reading, researching, and trying new things every day. Running a successful photography business is a lot of work. And it takes a commitment to growing your mind and your skills every day.
