2016 has been pretty amazing in my book. It’s been one of my toughest, hardest years in terms of work and life balance, but has also been my biggest year of growth in my business. I finally feel like I’m coming into my own style and have dream clients for each and every session who understand my vision and let me gently guide them through our time together. They have fun, I have fun – it’s a win-win!

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect ending to this year than working with the amazing Nicolai family. Not only do our hubbies work together, but Shelley and I get to hang out in our local MOPS chapter as well. I’m constantly in awe of how much this mama does – and does well. She’s a successful clothing consultant and an incredible cake decorator (yum!).

I was lucky enough to work with Shelley and the kiddos on an insanely cold afternoon in April for a Mama & Me mini session, and apparently we like to stick to our cold temp theme – sheesh!  These kids were troopers! More excuses to snuggle, am I right?! Enjoy friends!
